MISSION STATEMENT AND VISION STATEMENT OF THE LEGISLATIVE BLACK CAUCUS FOUNDATION, INC.

To educate, develop, support and empower current and future African American leaders through partnerships and collaboration with legislators, the business sector, labor and community leaders in order to effectuate positive and sustainable change throughout California.

The vision of the California Legislative Black Caucus Foundation is that African Americans will have significant representation and hold leadership roles in state government, local government, the business sector and in the broader community in order to enhance the quality of life in the African American community.
